Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

All bookings require full payment at the time of checkout to reserve your date. The following cancellation schedule applies:

  • 45 or more days before your event: Full refund issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
  • 8–44 days before your event: 50% refund issued. The remaining 50% is retained to cover vehicle reservation costs.
  • 7 days or fewer before your event: No refund. The full booking amount is non-refundable.
  • Within 48 hours of your event: The full booking amount is due and no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule your event:

  • Rescheduling requests made 7 or more days before your event will be accommodated at no charge, subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of your event are treated as cancellations — a new booking at full price is required.
  • Rescheduled bookings must be used within 12 months of the original event date.

Cancellations by Rumbatours

In the rare event that Rumbatours must cancel your booking due to vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as early as possible.

No-Shows

If your group does not appear at the agreed pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and we are unable to reach you, the booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows.
